Information we collect
When you request an estimate, BH Signature receives the information you provide: your name, phone number, email, project city or ZIP code, project type and description, plus any optional timeframe, budget and project photos. We also receive information you choose to share when contacting us by phone or email.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to review and understand your project, clarify information with you, arrange an introduction to our identified licensed contractor, respond to questions, maintain inquiry records and protect the form against spam or misuse. BH Signature provides personal assistance with the initial inquiry; the licensed contractor provides construction consultations, estimates, contracts and work.
Project photos
You can attach up to five project photos. They are saved in private file storage, not displayed publicly. BH Signature reviews them as part of your inquiry and may forward relevant photos to the identified contractor when needed to discuss your project. Please do not upload identification documents or other sensitive personal information.
Storage, security and retention
Inquiries are stored in a restricted database, and project photos in private storage. We use technical safeguards and anti-spam checks, including a coded identifier derived from connection information to limit repeated submissions. Inquiry records are periodically reviewed and deleted when they are no longer reasonably necessary, although some information may be kept where needed for legitimate business purposes or legal obligations. We do not commit to a fixed retention period or automated deletion schedule. You may contact us to ask about your records or request deletion. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Website analytics and referral information
The website uses temporary browser session storage to remember how you reached the inquiry form, including your landing page, referral source, and campaign or advertising click identifiers when present. This information may be saved with a submitted inquiry. Call-button taps can also be logged to help us understand inquiry sources; this does not confirm a telephone call was completed. We may activate website analytics, such as Google Analytics, or advertising measurement tools in the future. Before any such tool is activated, this notice will be updated to describe the actual tools used and any applicable consent or privacy choices.
Do Not Track and third-party tracking
The website currently does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. If analytics or advertising tracking is activated, this section will be updated beforehand to describe those tools and any available choices. External services needed to display fonts, operate the site, store inquiries and send notifications may process technical information required to provide those services. Those providers follow their own applicable privacy terms.
Your choices and privacy requests
Submitting a project inquiry is voluntary; required form fields are identified on the form, and photos, timing and budget details are optional. You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you supplied, or to ask about how it was shared. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Additional rights may apply depending on applicable privacy law.
Updates to this notice
We may revise this notice when our website, information practices or legal obligations change. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated in another appropriate way when required by law.

BH Signature is the independent first point of contact for homeowner inquiries. The named licensed contractor is responsible for consultations, construction estimates, contracts and construction services.
BH Signature personally reviews your inquiry before forwarding relevant details to AAA All America Affordable Construction and Remodeling Inc. (DBA Los Angeles Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling), CSLB License #1056394 (Class B — General Building Contractor), which provides consultations, estimates, contracts and construction. BH Signature is your independent first point of contact; the named licensed contractor is responsible for construction services.
